Current Fund Opportunity

Atlas Retail Capital is acquiring retail properties across the U.S. with a minimum deal size of $15M: grocery, open-air and power centers anchored by Kroger, Harris Teeter, Whole Foods, Super Target, Walmart, TJX, Giant, HEB and ShopRite.

New Acquisitions

We invest in core-plus, value-add, collateralized debt, opportunity-zone, historic, development and growth opportunities in major metropolitan areas. Location and demographics are our most important criteria.

CO-GP & LP Partners

We are seeking additional CO-GP and LP partners. Atlas prioritizes relationships and pursues transactions where everyone involved benefits, assembling expert teams built on market-research-driven insight and foresight.
